But do they?
Seems to me that actions come and go in silence.
Words make the noise.
You get words from every angle—your thoughts, your feed, this email, people who say "I have your best interest in mind."
Intentions come before words.
With true intentions, words reflect reality and you can feel it.
With vague intentions, something feels off.
I'm learning to trust actions over words. What you do is the statement—not the other way around.
